What strategy will maintain the New England Patriots dynasty over the next several years?

For the remainder of the Brady years, perhaps 5 years or so, I think the Patriots should go after players that are proven veterans, have played for bad teams, and are willing to commit to winning the super bowl. I think they can find enought players in that category to maintain their consistent excellence year after year. Trade those draft picks for players with bad attitudes! What players would be good candidates? What areas should the Pats try to improve? I think a stud running back could be a good idea. When does Marice Clarette get out of prison?
